Golden Elite Track and Field Club is a faith-based nonprofit organization founded by Army Veteran, Michael Etheredge, in 2000.
Their mission is to educate our community about the importance of leading a physically active, drug-free lifestyle that includes living with integrity and respect for oneself by using the sport of track and field. Their goal is to help reduce childhood obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and to promote abstinence.
They train athletes ages 6-18, collegiate, and master level athletes to be at their very best mainly through a scientific approach to training. Coaching is not just about getting something online or following someone elses plan. It is about setting your plan based on the individual athletes need and working with the athlete as a whole to develop them in a safe, effective, and age appropriate way.
