 Athletes kick off Personal Coaching with an Individualized Meeting & Planning Session to include:

  • Health and fitness questionnaire
  • Conference with coaches to review athlete past history
  • Plan short & long term goals
  • Review athlete nutrition & strength training plan

Personal Coaching is also offered by the hour, with no monthly obligation, to suit your needs and goals.
