About the Class
Pilates for Runners is a complete total body conditioning workout emphasizing the natural curves of the spine. During a single 60 minute workout, strength, flexibility, balance and coordination are developed. The excercises challenge both the mind and body to create more efficient and effective running biomechanics. Pilates for Runners will help you feel, look and run your very best. Classes are taught by professionals from Pilates Core Training.
Upcoming Classes
8 Week Session will begin September 22, 2010. Classes meet every Wednesday from 11 to 12 pm at Running Wild Pensacola.
