- Starting with your core, each session will build on the previous session adding upper body and lower body movements.
- We will progress each exercise based on your ability!
- You will learn, for each exercise, what “right feels like and looks like”!
- You will feel the benefits of improved core stability, flexibility, and strength each week!

Don’t run and new to exercising? Can I still join?
Absolutely! All exercises are modifiable to increase or decrease in intensity level.
Been running for a while, so how will this help?
As an experienced runner, you have a well-conditioned heart and lung system. Core training helps with posture and breathing! Improved flexibility AND strength make you more durable and help you perform better when training to become faster, take on hills, or run longer distances.
What do I have to bring?
Just yourself! All equipment is provided.
