- 6:15a – 7:15a: Packet Pickup at Blackwater State Park
- 7:00a – 7:15a – Arrive at Blackwater State Park
- 7:20a – Begin loading buses
- 7:30a – Buses depart for start
- 8:00a – RACE START
- 10:00a – Post Race party & awards
Where do I need to park and what can I expect on the course?
Park at the finish line at Blackwater State Park, and we’ll bus you to the start. When you come into the park DO NOT pay, simply collect a ticket as you come through the pay station to put in your dash. You will need to check in at the Running Wild table NO LATER than 7:15a prior to loading the buses.
Buses leave at 7:30a sharp to take participants to the start line.
This is a point to point run along Juniper Creek Trail. There are three aid stations along the course with water and an electrolyte drink. The course limit is 2.5 hours.

Yep. And we’ll have tons of food. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. You can stick around and enjoy a delicious meal. The post race area is completely family friendly. The award ceremony follows directly after then run. You can expect accurate scoring with results posted online the same day as the race.
What kind of cool swag do I get for registering?
All participants get a sweet custom run shirt. Sizing is gender specific and runs pretty true to size. All finishers get a custom wooden medal!
