Why do you like running?
For the same reason I like brushing my teeth.
What is your favorite product at Running Wild and why?
Trigger Point, at my age, my body would not let me run without it. Wish it were around 20 years ago.
What are your 3 greatest running and/or triathlon accomplishments?
- My most recent marathon 3:17:30
- Ironman Florida 2007 because I balanced training with three small children and a husband running a sub 3-hour marathon the week before. (11:21)
- A gazillion years ago I ran a 38:59 10K on the track and was lapped 3 times. My first lesson in humility and keeping it all in perspective.
