About the Program
The Double Bridge Training Program is for runners who want to safely increase distance and comfortably finish the Double Bridge Run 15k. The program is 16 weeks of training and culminates with the Double Bridge Run in February.

Participants must be able to comfortably run a 5k. Participants need a pair of properly fit running shoes and technical fabric socks prior to starting training.
Upcoming Classes in Pensacola:
Double Bridge 15k – Pensacola Training - Kickoff Meeting and First Practice is OCT 15. Group trains together on Tuesdays and Thursdays with scheduled Saturday Sessions. Race is Saturday, Feb 1. Training is $90 and includes team shirt, coached workouts, seminars and more!
New this year! Take the DOUBLE challenge…two great races, one training program. Training culminates with Double Bridge (race in Feb) AND GC Half (race in April). Training is $125 and includes training for BOTH races, team shirt, coached workouts and more!
