Mona started running 6 years ago with the My First 5k program at Running Wild. She loves running various distances, from the 5k to the marathon and is usually training for a marathon. In 2016, she achieved her dream of qualifying and running the Boston Marathon. Running Wild’s training programs helped her reach many running goals and has given her the desire to effectively coach others in this journey. As a coach, she wants all of her runners to enjoy the journey, be properly supported, and develop a love of running.
