Kristen started running 5 years ago and fell in love with it! She started by setting small achievable goals that she could reach and worked to maintain her weekly mileage. Setting goals in her life is important to her success. Realizing that she could conquer anything she put her mind to, she signed up for My First 5k back in the fall of 2011. Since then she has ran numerous 5ks, 10 ks, 6 half marathons, one full marathon, and she’s currently training for her 2nd full marathon to run in February 2017!
