About the Event
The Brain Tumor Run for Research 5k event will be held the morning of May 6th in beautiful Downtown Pensacola at the Plaza De Luna park. The goal of the event is to raise critically needed funding for brain tumor research and awareness for the Accelerate: Brain Cancer Cure organization.
With the event’s start and finish lines located at the Plaza De Luna Park in beautiful Downtown Pensacola, the course for the Brain Tumor Run for Research 5k takes you on a lovely journey highlighting some of the best scenery around. Consisting of mostly a flat race, the course will take you around beautiful Downtown Pensacola with scenic views of Pensacola Bay, Bartam Park, Veterans Memorial Park, Seville Square Park, Plaza Ferdinand VII Park, and then finish the race by running a half mile straight back to Plaza De Luna Park.
